Self Defense Course.

Self Defense Course

1 day Course: $180

Audience: This course is conducted based on the needs of the individual or group. Whichever is applicable: we can gear it toward individuals, college environment, corporate or sales/real estate arenas. If you are working alone conducting sales or in-home assistance, this course is a must!

Scope:  This course is for anyone who wants to be able to defend themselves by learning many valuable survival skills. This is accomplished by covering the areas of situational awareness, pre-attack indicators, and attack/survival mindset. We further couple the classroom portion with both unarmed and armed (pistol) training out on the range. By incorporating pistol training into this program we feel that we empower a person who may not have the strength or physical makeup to defend themselves in any situation. There is an option to only receive the unarmed (no pistols) portion which is a 5 hour period. If you are only interested in the unarmed portion we have the flexibility to come to your location, please contact Kevin (828.772.6884) for the requirements and scheduling details.

Participants should be prepared to train in all weather conditions. This program can be challenging and participants should come to class with an open mind and a good attitude. With our personal approach to training, low student to instructor ratio, your skills will improve!
This is an eight hour training day 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch. OR a five hour day (am or pm periods please contact Kevin to schedule). It is highly recommended that you bring your lunch as you will have no options within 15 mins of the range. It is also recommended you have snacks, some will be available such as crackers, candy bars, and granola bars. Otherwise, please bring your own.
